RPU, located in Moscow, Idaho was founded by Shelly Gilmore, a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, and a Professional Wetland Scientist. RPU has been active in natural resource management in Idaho and Washington since 1994. We specialize in land use activities and their relationship to water quality, including wetland delineation and mitigation planning, erosion control consulting, storm water pollution prevention planning, and water pollution control manger training (WPCM). This multifaceted company also provides grant writing, project

Divisions of RPU include Frontier Seed Production & Consulting, which provides seed production, field consultation, and seed sales.
